Benefits of group training 

 

The obvious advantage of group training when compared to one-to-one personal training is cost. As the personal trainer’s time is split between the members of the group the cost is reduced for everyone - whilst still offering a customised service.

 

In addition to cost savings, with group training you get the added benefit of motivation from both your peers and the trainer. There is more energy in a group setting and even some healthy competition between group members. It’s just human nature that if the person next to you is working at maximal effort, you are more likely to do the same.
